Matcha Ninja Refund Policy
As matcha is a perishable good, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any purchases.
As we do not accept returned goods, we are also unfortunately unable to issue any refunds for goods purchased from Matcha Ninja that are returned.
Matcha Ninja is not liable for any loss of goods by Australian Post (or equivalent postage or freight companies) in the process of delivery to you. However, in some cases for product that does not arrive, Matcha Ninja may issue a replacement.
In all other cases, refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
